The purpose of the Croke Park Agreement is to provide a block of 36 hours to be allocated to non-class contact activities which would previously have necessitated a school closure / half day.The terms of the agreement became operative for primary schools in February 2011.

- Staff meetings
- Individual planning
- Parent-teacher meetings
- PDST Numeracy workshop
- Pre and post school supervision
